Whether you're dealing with depression, anxiety, family or
relationship concerns, grief, or other life transitions, I would be
honored to join you as we explore the possibilities and limitations you
experience in your life. I offer my genuine curiosity, careful
reflection, appropriate humor, and honest feedback.
I seek to be an interested, nonjudgmental presence, a companion in your
pursuit of a more mindful and fulfilling relationship with yourself and a
greater sense of possibility amid the complexities and contradictions
of living.
I have a particular interest in working with creatives, people working
in human service professions, and those living with the complexity of
loss.
I have worked in human services for many years, and have
previously held clinical positions in a university counseling center, a
bereavement support organization, an outpatient mental health clinic,
and a family homeless shelter.
